The minoterie Girardeau supplies us with organic stone-ground flour for more than one year and their Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Worker Award for craftsman) visited us and together we created our tasty bread l'Ami Miche! 14.05.2013: The strawberry season has begun!
Our delicious fraisiers (biscuit, mousseline cream, frsh strawberries) are now available on weekends in our shops or by ordering 48h in advance.

From Monday February the 11th, our shop located in Cobbenhagenstraat 22 in Rijswijk will be open every Monday from 8:00 till 17:00. You'll then be able to enjoy our products 7 days a week!
01.Jan.2013: Our "galettes des rois" !
The "Galette des rois", is a traditional cake celebrating the Epiphanie. It is made with frangipane and can be found only few days before and after this period.
08.Dec.2012: Home-made Yule Logs !
-For christmas, Michel offers you a selection of his best Yule Logs: A discovery tasting will take place the weekend of 15 and 16 December in all our stores. We invite you to order our Yule Logs before the 16th of December. Merry Christmas!
