Bread! Our work is based on a traditional method. Our flour is certified ab in france, crushed with the grindstone. Our acid yeast is homemade. The yeast is alive, thus fragile and tender. It is fed daily with meal, and its temperature is constantly under observation. A home-made yeast is less controlable than an industrial yeast, that's the reason why we also use fresh baking powder in our breads, in order to have a constant quality. We are performing our products without any prefabricated industrial ingredients, without additives or artificial flavors. Our line product is seasonnal, but we invite you to contact us to make any particular order.
